Non-Membership Pricing:

Priority will always go to members and one-time visits do not establish an ongoing relationship so if there are follow-up questions, they would need an additional appointment. That said, seeing a board-certified pediatrician in your home sounds better than urgent care when your PCP can’t get you in. These are the rates for those acute, one-time visits:

Telemedicine visit - $150

Home Visit within 15 miles - $200

Home Visit outside 15 miles - contact us to discuss pricing based on distance and time

Additional Services, Not Included:

  • Laboratory: cash prices for labs are often cheaper than insurance co-pays. You will know cash prices up front to decide if you want to pay with cash or have the lab facility bill insurance.

  • Radiology: we will arrange for this to be done nearby and the facility will bill your insurance.

  • Pharmacy: we will order medications to the pharmacy of your choice and they will bill your insurance

  • Immunizations: Dr. Rivers has secured community partnerships to ensure her patients can receive vaccines billed through insurance. These are not included in the membership fee.

  • In-home medical-grade ear piercing: $150 including standard earrings

Services we do not offer (not an all inclusive list):

  • IV hydration

  • Oxygen treatment

  • Emergency psychiatric treatment
